Right Steps Network is seeking an individual that is interested in starting a day care opportunity in Indiana. Doesn’t require a degree in early childhood or elementary education. Childcare experience is necessary.

Childcare Qualifications
· The provision of experiences that enhance a child’s total development
· Understanding age appropriate expectations of children
· Sensitivity to and understanding of cultural, logistic, religious and racial diversity
· Recognition and sensitivity to a child’s interest, individuality, differing activities and needs of each child
· To create a warm, caring and happy environment for all children in the centre.
· Liaise effectively with parents and staff under supervision of the Group Leader or Director.
