Our client near St. Louis is searching for a Technical Support Representative. This position requires speaking with customers via phone regarding troubleshooting and installation issues on natural gas and propane appliances.

This successful candidate will also approve warranty claims, authorize labor allowances and write technical and service bulletins. Must also conduct training service programs for installers and technicians. Must possess excellent communication skills and have at least 2 years experience with gas appliances.

Requires an Associate degree in Engineering and/or Technical School.
