Our client near St. Louis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. A BS in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering is required for this position. Other requirements include, experience using AutoCAD and MS Office software. Manufacturing experience with sheet metal stamping, forming, welding, powder painting and/or assembling is a plus. Working knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques a plus.

The qualified candidate will work with the Manufacturing Engineering team on new product introductions, facility layouts, time studies, work flow improvements, KANBAN systems, converting batch assembly lines to single piece flow lines, quick die change, 5-S and other waste elimination programs.
