Custom Branding Digitizing Specialist
 
Summary:
The Custom Branding Digitizing Specialist will be responsible for color coordinating digitized art images to customer requirements in preparation for embroidery production.  You will be communicating directly with customers to obtain colored image proof approval in a fast-paced environment.  Working directly with the embroidery staff to schedule and prioritize sew-outs of proof images.  The specialist will provide feedback to Henderson-based management on emerging color requirements as expressed by customers.  You will learn and perform artwork digitizing process as well as mount, remove, trim, or box work pieces in production as needed.  The specialist will also assist with incoming customer calls: status inquiries, software assistance, or service resolution.
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in embroidery coloring, digitizing, or relevant embroidery experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, especially MS Excel and MS Word required
  • Any combination of education, experience and training that has provided the level of skills, knowledge and abilities required.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to attend to multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Work well in a fast paced environment and meet committed deadlines.
  • Take initiative and work independently, with minimal day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills suited to dealing courteously and professionally with external business contacts and internal contacts within the organization.
  • Computer literate, with good working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications and email.
