Our client near St. Louis is searching for a top-notch Continuous Improvement Manager. This successful individual shall have the following responsibilities and requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of our Manufacturing Engineering Group
• Work with production, purchasing, quality and design to drive continuous improvements of our products and processes
• Assist manufacturing in meeting performance expectations
• Identify constraints in our operations and drive positive change in these areas
• Work on waste reduction efforts in the office and plant

Requirements:
• BS in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing)
• 5 plus years of demonstrated experience implementing lean processes and techniques
• Hands on knowledge of supply chain management techniques
• Hands on knowledge of quality systems
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Previous supervision experience a plus, not required
• MBA a plus, not required
• US citizen or Green card, no sponsorships
