New convertor, new battery, new carpet, replaced all faucets, and re-upholstered all furniture(couch, swivel rocker, kitchen cushions, as well as wall inserts. Pre-wired cable and tv hook-ups, city water and cable hook up ready, freezer/refrigerator, microwave, queen size bed with storage underneath. Outside shower, and storage unit, extra hitch on rear, spare tire. Electric tongue jack with light, outside porch lights and outlets. Smoke alarm, stove, oven, double sink. LP tank cover, and LP leak detector. Lots of indoor storage. Bath with with shower, toilet, sink, overhead lights, nice vanity and 12 volt bath vent. Will throw in stablilizer bars, hitch, and manual jacks for leveling, with other extras. Must see to believe. All original paper work and instructions are with camper. Smoke Free Camper!
